Who We Are
Global Trade Observer Foundation, conceptualised in 2022, intends to make India a global trade power-house. We are a non-partisan social impact venture on the mission to be the trusted source of intelligence for government institutions, agencies, academicians, policymakers and trade councils. Driven by the passion to decode and reconstruct the most complex policy frameworks through an advanced lens, we are ensuring that India maximizes its trade potential and becomes a $5 Trillion economy.

GTO deep dives into India’s trade economy to present qualitative analyses via strong research and data interpretation. This is done with the intent to share valuable insights and a 360-degree view of the current as well as the foreseeable implications of the Foreign Trade Policy of India. In the process of being an analyst and knowledge partner to various decision-makers, we act as a forum for discussions and opinion sharing from an array of stakeholders thus promoting a better understanding of the country’s trade landscape, future potential and enabling ideation of policies.
How We Operate
India is amongst the fastest growing economies of the world. With various government initiatives and investments to further boost growth via developing the trade sector, there is considerable impetus to effectively deliver these projects and programs. GTO aids the planning, strategizing and on-ground execution of these initiatives.
